Kate Dasey

Over the last 10 years working in private practice Kate has gained extensive experience in all spinal and sporting injuries. She uses her advanced clinical skills to accurately diagnose and educate patients about their condition. Together you will work through a in-depth assessment and individual rehabilitation plan, supporting you through all stages of injury.

Kate has furthered her treatment techniques by completing a specialised Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and working with both local and elite sporting teams. She works closely with orthopaedic surgeons and has a special interest in Hip and Knee injuries, including adolescent sporting injuries.

Treatment Techniques:
Manual therapy, Exercise rehabilitation, Dry needling 
Pilates, Post-surgical rehabilitation.

Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates

Holly Clayton

Holly graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy with Distinction from The University of Melbourne. From her education and clinical experience, she has attained a wealth of knowledge in numerous settings including, musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, paediatrics and geriatrics. She has also worked with local sporting teams.

 Holly aims to manage her patients holistically to improve their function, wellbeing and get them back to doing what they love. She stays up to date with the latest physiotherapy evidence to provide her patients with evidence-based treatment and empowers them through education and exercise prescription.

 Outside of work, Holly maintains an active lifestyle, with regular resistance training, Pilates, and plays social netball. Over the summer Holly also competes in triathlons.
